food diary day 2,3 and 4

haha totally forgot about this food diary thingy! ok lemme try to recall ok!

day 1 dinner: yong tau foo + half a cup of ice lemon tea + 1 cup of koi grassjelly 25%

ran like 3.2km at bishan stadium. yippieee!

+1cup of water before i slept

day 2

breakfast: half a big pao and 1 siew mai + 1 cup of water

lunch: prawn noodle soup and sea coconut jelly dessert

snack: 1 cup of ai yu jelly drink

dinner: teochew food with many dishes and rice + tea

+ 1 cup of water before i slept

gymed for 45 mins

day 3 

breakfast: prawn noodle soup + dimsum + tau huey

lunch: 1 cup of ai yu jelly drink and 2 bread ( yam and peanut)

dinner: fish soup + some pepsi and ice lemon tea at KTV

supper: a few pieces of chee cheong fun and 3/4 bak chor mee

neber exercise ):

+ 1 cup of water before i slept

day 4

breakfast skipped

lunch: half a plate of hokkien mee and half a plate of black carrot cake

dinner: kim chi soup with 3/4 bowl of rice + half cup of ice lemon tea

drinks: 1 tall cup of creme brulee macchiato ( i rlly like this new starbucks drink)

+ 1 cup of water now, going to sleep!
